Separate customer and service location databases are maintained to provide payment and usage history. Complex and simple rate structures with automatic penalty and/or interest charges added are accepted. Both financial and usage reports can be generated to meet your needs. We can provide an average bill or one-time service charges to individual bills. The only thing we don’t do is read the meter.

Our fee is based on a per-bill basis, and FirstStates offers multiple services billing on a single statement for the same price.
